VHR E-Leave is provided for authorized Vinalink Logistics employees and internal business use only.
1. Authorized Use
Users may access the application only with assigned employee credentials and only for approved work-related purposes, including leave registration, approval, notification review, and other internal HR workflows.
2. Account Responsibility
- Users are responsible for keeping their credentials and devices secure.
- Users must not share OTP codes, approval links, access tokens, or passwords.
- Lost or suspicious devices should be reported to HR/Admin as soon as possible.
3. Device Approval
Some employees may be required to complete OTP or device approval before signing in. Device approvals may be granted or rejected according to internal security policy.
4. Data Accuracy
Users should submit accurate leave and work-related information. Incorrect data should be corrected through the app where available or by contacting HR/Admin.
5. Prohibited Use
- Attempting to access another employee account or unauthorized data.
- Bypassing login, OTP, device approval, or permission controls.
- Using the application for non-business, unlawful, or harmful activity.
- Interfering with service availability, logging, audit, or security controls.
6. Service Availability
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, network issues, infrastructure changes, or incidents. Vinalink Logistics may update or restrict features as required for security and operations.
7. Privacy
Use of the application is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
